Explore two food-composition databases side by side: Health Canada’s Canadian Nutrient File (CNF — 5,691 foods, 150+ nutrients) and FAO/INFOODS’ West African Food Composition Table 2019 (WAFCT — 1,028 foods including fonio, baobab, dawadawa, gari, egusi, and other West African staples). Search, compare, and analyze across either or both sources.
